What counts as an account?

An account is a customer record, normally at the company level, that Trig monitors. Standard includes up to 500 accounts for $250 per month, with data pulled from your connected sources each week. Each account monitored beyond that is $1 per month.

What’s the difference between weekly and daily monitoring?

Weekly monitoring pulls each account’s data from up to 10 of your connected sources once a week and retains six months of account data on a rolling basis. Daily monitoring pulls it every day, so changes surface sooner, for $9 more per selected account per month, with data retained for 18 months. Agents can do the same work on accounts at either frequency.

What is an AI credit?

Credits cover AI work such as creating assignments, processing data, information, and emails, generating plans and briefs, drafting outreach, and building reports. Account checks and analysis are covered by your plan. Usage depends on the information processed and the output produced.

What do the 10,000 initial credits cover?

Our Standard plan includes 10,000 AI credits (worth $100) once, when you start, shared across your organization. Your team can use them on assignments such as prioritizing accounts at risk, preparing renewal briefs, and building customer intervention programs. After that, you can buy credit packs as needed, from $50 for 5,000 credits.

What do we commit to?

The Standard plan starts at $250 per month, with a 3-month commitment paid upfront ($750 for the base plan), after which billing switches to a monthly rolling basis. Credit packs are bought separately when you need them. The Enterprise plan includes custom terms that are configured with your team.

Do we pay for each user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited seats, so your whole team can use Trig. Your price depends on your plan, the number of accounts you want to cover, the frequency of account monitoring, and your AI credit spend.

When do we need Enterprise?

Choose Enterprise if your organization needs SSO and SAML sign-in, a custom master services agreement, IP allow-listing, or a dedicated rollout with a forward-deployed engineer. Account coverage, monitoring frequency, AI usage, and commercial terms are agreed with your team, and the price is quoted for you.
