Turn customer feedback into themes.

Create an agent assignment that sums up your customers’ feedback each month, from grouping it into themes to the summary your team shares with Product.

How it works

How the agent summarizes customer feedback.

The agent groups your customers’ feedback into themes, with the accounts, their annual value, and their words, ready to share with Product.

  1. 01

    Trig collects the feedback.

Trig reads last month’s feedback from the accounts you own on the first working day of each month.

  2. 02

    Agent gathers data & evidence.

Support tickets, call transcripts, logged requests, survey comments, each account’s value, renewal date, and health, and the known-issues list.

  3. 03

    Agent builds the feedback summary.

Groups feedback into themes, weighs each by the accounts and value behind it, and drafts one question to Product for each theme.

  4. 04

    You review, edit, and approve.

Edit the summary and choose which themes to share, and Trig shares it with Product once you approve.

Configuration

How this agent manages product feedback.

The data and records the agent needs access to in order to deliver the work, and where you want it delivered.

How this agent manages product feedback.

  • What it reads

Support tickets, call transcripts, and feedback logged in the CRM or a product tool, and the CRM accounts with their value, renewal date, and health. Survey comments and the known-issues list add context where available.

  • Where the work lands

Full summary on Trig, with the themes, accounts, and quotes, delivered as a direct message in your internal chat, such as Slack, and shared with Product once you approve it.

  • Your decisions

Your team edits the summary and decides what goes to Product. Trig quotes customers word for word and calls a theme blocking only when the records show it. Agents access only records you allow and carry out only actions you approve.

Output

What the agent hands your team.

Your customers’ feedback grouped into themes, each with the accounts, value, and quotes behind it, ready to edit and share in just a few clicks.

  1. 1Priorities. The theme Product should hear first, and why.
  2. 2Every item. Each theme and each item below the bar, with its accounts and value.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is a product feedback agent?

It is a Trig agent set up to turn your customers’ feedback into themes for Product. Agents can be fully customized to work based on your own unique feedback signals, conditions, and situations. In this configuration, the agent reads last month’s feedback from the accounts you own on the first working day of each month. The agent groups it into themes, weighs each by the accounts and contract value behind it, and drafts a summary for you to edit before it goes to Product.

How does Trig decide what counts as a theme?

Agents can be configured to read feedback from tickets, calls, logged requests, and surveys, counting each person once. In this template, a theme is the same issue raised by two or more accounts last month, by one account marked at risk, or anything that blocks a customer. Each theme is rated blocking, friction, request, or praise, and called blocking only when the records show it stops a stated goal or a renewal. Items below the bar get one line each.

What does the agent prepare for my team?

In this template, the agent is configured to deliver a monthly summary for the accounts that meet your targeting conditions. It opens with the themes, the accounts behind them, and their combined contract value. For each theme it gives the strongest quotes word for word, the goal or renewal it blocks, any workaround, whether Product already lists it, and one question to Product. Themes that keep coming back, praise, and items below the bar follow.

Will the agent reply to customers or promise a fix?

No. Trig never contacts customers directly without express approval, which is controlled at the code level. In this template, the agent drafts no words for customers and presents a roadmap item only with its current status. The summary is a draft for you to edit and approve, and Trig shares it with Product once you approve it.

What does the agent need access to?

Support tickets, call transcripts, and feedback logged in the CRM or a product tool, and the CRM accounts with their contract value, renewal date, and health. Survey comments and Product’s roadmap and known-issues list add useful additional context where available. In Trig, you choose which connected sources agents can read, and you approve whether each assignment may send messages or update records before it runs.

Can we change how the template works?

Yes. A template sets up the assignment: what to produce, which accounts it covers, when it runs, and which tools it can use. You review the plan before it runs, and you can edit its instructions, accounts, recipients, or timing at any time, or pause it.

How long does it take to set up this template?

A few clicks. Once the tools it reads from are connected to Trig, you can set up this template almost instantly, review its plan, and the agent starts work on your customers’ feedback.
