Frequently asked questions.
How does this template support digital customer success?
This Trig agent supports a digital customer success program by drafting emails for accounts in the same situation. In this configuration, the agent works when you name a situation your accounts share, such as a feature they bought but don’t use. The agent builds the group, leaves out accounts that need a personal touch, picks a recipient at each, and drafts up to three reusable email messages for your approval.
Which accounts are suitable for a one-to-many email campaign?
Agents can be configured to find every account you own in the situation, then apply your team’s exclusions. In this template, an account is left out when its health is below 7 of 10 or red, it is marked at risk, it has an open escalation, its notice date is in the next 30 days or has passed unsigned, it opted out, it had a campaign in the last 14 days, or it is marked hands-on only. Drafts are written only when at least 10 accounts with a recipient remain.
What does the one-to-many email campaign pack include?
In this template, the agent is configured to deliver a campaign pack for the accounts that meet your targeting conditions. It opens with the size and value of the group, the accounts left out, and whether drafts are ready. It lists each account with its evidence and recipient, and each account left out with the reason and a suggested personal touch. Then it gives up to three reusable email messages over three weeks, each with one ask and merge fields for each recipient, and the figure the campaign should improve.
Will the agent email customers without my approval?
No. Trig never contacts customers directly without express approval, which is controlled at the code level. The message templates and recipient list are saved for you to review, edit, and approve. Trig fills the merge fields for each recipient before sending the approved emails. Every product claim in the emails matches a named doc or release note, and accounts the exclusions remove get no email.
What does the agent need access to?
Feature use for each account you own, the CRM accounts with their health, risk status, escalations, notice dates, opt-outs, and contacts with their roles, and your product docs and release notes. Your voice guide, success plan goals, and past campaign results add useful additional context where available. In Trig, you choose which connected sources agents can read, and you approve whether each assignment may send messages or update records before it runs.
Can we change how the template works?
Yes. A template sets up the assignment: what to produce, which accounts it covers, when it runs, and which tools it can use. You review the plan before it runs, and you can edit its instructions, accounts, recipients, or timing at any time, or pause it.
How long does it take to set up this template?
A few clicks. Once the tools it reads from are connected to Trig, you can set up this template almost instantly, review its plan, and the agent starts work on your one-to-many campaigns.
